Modular residential houses constructed using the latest Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) technology. Electrical installations, TV, Internet, plumbing, ventilation with heat recovery, and air conditioning with a heat pump are integrated into the walls and floor. The walls, ceiling, and floors are insulated with materials such as mineral wool and polyurethane foam. The floor and ceiling are made from glued laminated timber beams.
