GBE MODUL BOX

The GBE MODUL BOX department deals with the implementation of investment processes, ranging from design works, through delivery, assembly and commissioning of the construction system of small (35-70 m2) modular houses. It is an offer for individual and business clients. The elements of the load-bearing structures (skeleton) are made of steel profiles and the other materials used to build the modules are high-class construction wood, OSB, mineral wool, drywall, window joinery made of aluminum profiles with three-layer panes, electrical installations made of copper pipes, water and sewage installations in high-class plastic, finishing materials (wall and floor tiles, floor panels, interior paints, terrace panels) of high quality. The finished building retains very good thermal insulation parameters and is cheap to operate.
The main criterion for the selection of materials used for load-bearing structures (skeleton), walls and roof in our technology is their strength and high insulation parameters. We only use durable and cost-effective solutions.
